Personal and professional We select two consultants to manage each search: one to consult with you and identify prospective candidates, and another to supervise the search and monitor its progress. A comprehensive search normally takes only two to three months from the initiation of the search to the interviews and hiring phase. We can identify a roster of high-quality individuals and offer a preliminary presentation of candidates within just eight weeks of receiving your request. We keep you informed on our progress. Searches for middle-management positions can be much shorter! Our fee depends on the expected length of the search and its location (e.g., Korea or Europe). We agree on a fixed fee with you before we begin the search. You pay for our services in monthly instalments. Time is money.
